With the theme Grow, Learn, Connect, and ChampionAIFST25 aims to inspire fresh ideas, encourage collaboration, and promote conversations about creating a more sustainable, resilient, and inclusive food system for the future. Through engaging sessions and lively discussions, attendees will gain valuable insights into the changing landscape of food science and technology, enabling them to broaden their knowledge, learn from experts, and connect with like-minded professionals who are committed to shaping the future of food.

Building on the great success of AIFST24, this year’s Convention offers even more chances to grow, learn, and connect.
